Panoramas - 2nd edition

Scenic vista from Route 1. Maine. I crested this hill in a little bit of traffic, so i had to double back. Couldn't let this one get away.

Bracketed the shot with 3 images per vertical @ +/- 2/3EV. The Pano is comprised of 9 vertical shot. Shot with the Nikkor 24mm PC-E on the D700. Had to handhold for the height and quickly pan the shot because traffic was coming by quickly. A bit of luck allowed me to keep the horizon fairly straight and the PC lens in the proper spot for extended depth of field.

Looks really good in high contrast B&W. I havent finished that image yet, so stay tuned!
